🌴. సృష్టి మరియు విధ్వంసం వంటి బాహ్య కార్యకలాపాల సమయంలో కూడా, స్వచ్ఛమైన స్వయం యొక్క స్వీయ-జ్ఞాన స్థితి విచ్ఛిన్నం కాకుండా ఉంటుంది. 🌴

తత్‌ – వాటిలో; ప్రవృత్తౌ – సంభవించడం; అపి – అయినప్పటికీ; అనిరాసః - విరామం లేని; సంవేత్త్ః - సర్వోత్కృష్ట జ్ఞానిగా; భావత్ - పరిస్థితి.

అటువంటి యోగి విశ్వాన్ని సృష్టించి, నిలబెట్టి, కరిగించ గలిగినప్పటికీ, పరమాత్మ జ్ఞాని అయిన అతని అవగాహనలో ఎటువంటి విఘాతం కలుగదు. అతను తన చైతన్యాన్ని ఎల్లవేళలా శివునితో స్థిరపరచు కున్నందున, అతను నిరంతరం ఆనంద స్థితిలో ఉంటాడు. ఈ స్థితి ఫలితంగా, అతను శివుని యొక్క వ్యక్తీకరణ సంకల్పాన్ని పొందుతాడు. విశ్వం యొక్క కార్యకలాపాలు దైవ సంకల్పం ద్వారా మాత్రమే నియంత్రించ బడతాయి..

🌴. Even during such outward activities such as creation and destruction, the self-knowing state of the pure self remains unbroken. 🌴

tad (tat) – of those; pravṛttau – occurrence; api – even though; anirāsaḥ - devoid of break; saṁvettṛ - as the knower of Supreme; bhāvāt – condition.

Even though such a yogi is able to create, sustain and dissolve the universe, there is no break in his awareness as the knower of the Supreme. As he has fixed his consciousness with Śiva all the time, he remains continuously in a state of bliss. As result of this state, he acquires the expressive will of Śiva. The activities of the universe are controlled only by the Divine Will..

భగవంతుని ఇష్టానుసారం మాత్రమే సమతౌల్యం చెదిరిపోతుంది, ఇది సృష్టి యొక్క లయానికి దారి తీస్తుంది. అదే విధంగా, యోగి సృష్టించే శక్తిని పొందడమే కాకుండా, అతనిచే సృష్టించబడిన వాటిని నిలబెట్టే మరియు రద్దు చేసే శక్తులను కూడా పొందుతాడు. యోగి ఈ శక్తులను పొందుతాడు ఎందుకంటే అతను తన స్పృహను శాశ్వతంగా శివునితో స్థిరపరచుకున్నాడు, దాని ఫలితంగా అతను శివ శక్తులను పొందుతాడు. కానీ, అతను సూత్రం 3.25 ప్రకారం శివునితో ఒక్కటి కాలేదు. సాధారణంగా, ఈ సూత్రం ప్రకారం, యోగి భౌతికంగా ఏ దశలో ఉన్నప్పటికీ, శివుడితో తన స్పృహను నిలుపుకుంటూ ఉంటాడు.

Equilibration is disturbed only at the will of the Lord, leading to dissolution. In the same way, the yogi not only attains the power to create, but also attains powers to sustain and dissolve, what is created by him. The yogi gets these powers because he has perpetually fixed his consciousness with Śiva as a result of which he attains the powers of Śiva. But, he has not become one with Śiva in terms of sūtra 3.25. Typically, this sūtra says that the yogi continues to retain his consciousness with Śiva, irrespective of the stage in which he physically remains.

దేవుని చర్యను సరస్సుతో పోల్చవచ్చు. సరస్సు వర్షపు నీటితో నిండినప్పుడు, అది అతని సృష్టి కార్యం. భగవంతుడు సరస్సులో నీటి స్థాయిని నిర్దేశించిన స్థాయిలో నిర్వహిస్తాడు. ఆ మట్టం దాటితే సరస్సు తెగిపోయి నీరు పొంగి ప్రవహిస్తుంది. ఇది వినాశన చర్య. మళ్లీ వర్షం కురిసేలా నీరు ఆవిరి అయినప్పుడు, అది వినోదం. ఈ ప్రక్రియ ఎప్పటికీ కొనసాగుతుంది. భగవంతుడు తన చక్రీయమైన సృష్టి, జీవనోపాధి మరియు విధ్వంసక చర్యలను ఈ విధంగా నిర్వహిస్తాడు. పరిణామం మరియు లయం రెండూ నిరంతరం జరుగుతాయి, తద్వారా విశ్వం యొక్క సమతుల్యత కాపాడబడుతుంది. భగవంతుని ఇష్టానుసారం మాత్రమే సమతౌల్యం చెదిరిపోతుంది, ఇది సృష్టి యొక్క లయానికి దారి తీస్తుంది.

🌴. Preservation and destruction are also filled with his shaktis and illuminated by him only. 🌴

The act of God can be compared to a lake. When the lake is filled with rain water, it is His act of creation. The Lord maintains the level of water in the lake at a prescribed level. When that level is crossed, the lake breaches, and water overflows. It is the act of destruction. When the water vaporises to rain again, it is recreation and this process continues forever. This is how the Lord carries out His cyclic acts of creation, sustenance and dissolution. Both evolution and dissolution happens continuously, thereby maintaining the equilibrium of the universe.

స్థితి – జీవనోపాధి; లయౌ - పునశ్శోషణం. - దైవిక కార్యం ఒక్క సృష్టితోనే అంతం కాదు. సృష్టించబడినది పరమాత్మచే నిర్వహించ బడుతుంది. మునుపటి సూత్రం యోగి సృష్టించే శక్తి గురించి చర్చించింది. అటువంటి యోగి సృష్టించడమే కాకుండా, అంతిమ పునశ్శోషణం కోసం అతనిచే సృష్టించబడిన వాటిని కూడా నిలబెట్టుకుంటాడు అని ఈ సూత్రం చెబుతుంది. ఈ సూత్రం మునుపటి సూత్రం యొక్క పొడిగింపు. మునుపటి సూత్రం యోగి సృష్టించే శక్తి గురించి మాత్రమే మాట్లాడింది కాబట్టి, ఈ సూత్రం భగవంతుని ఇతర రెండు చర్యలను వివరిస్తుంది.

sthiti – sustenance; layau – reabsorption. The Divine act does not end up with creation alone. What is created is maintained by the Divine. Previous sūtra discussed about the power of the yogi to create. This sūtra says that such a yogi not only creates, but also sustains what is created by him for ultimate reabsorption. This aphorism is an extension of the previous sūtra. Since the previous sūtra talked only about the power of a yogi to create, this sūtra elucidates the other two acts of God.

🌴. విశ్వం అనేది అతని స్వంత శక్తి యొక్క ప్రవాహం లేదా విస్తరణ. 🌴

One undergoes joyful experiences during internal exploration. By continued practice, perseverance and the intensity of his will, he continues to remain in the state of bliss. As he has now realised the potency of the highest and purest form of consciousness, he is able to affirm that universe is nothing but a product of this purest form of consciousness. He understands that his power is not different from the Divine power. He has already conquered his ego, and his power also becomes divine.

నది యొక్క మూలం శివ మరియు నీరు శక్తి. నది గురించి ఎవరైనా తెలుసుకోగలరు కానీ కొంతమంది మాత్రమే ఈ నది యొక్క మూలాన్ని తెలుసుకోవడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తారు. నదిని తెలుసుకోవడం ప్రాపంచిక జ్ఞానం మరియు దాని మూలాన్ని తెలుసుకోవడం అంతిమ జ్ఞానం. నిజమైన యోగి సాధారణ గ్రహణశక్తికి మించిన ఈ నిజమైన జ్ఞానాన్ని కలిగి ఉండాలి. ఈ రకమైన సంపూర్ణ జ్ఞానాన్ని విశ్లేషణ ద్వారా మాత్రమే పొందవచ్చు. ఒక యోగి తనను తాను శక్తిగా మార్చుకోవడానికి ప్రతి ప్రయత్నం చేస్తాడు. అంతిమంగా శివునితో కలిసిపోయేది శక్తి మాత్రమే అని అతనికి తెలుసు. అంతర్గత శోధన మరియు అన్వేషణ మరియు అతని వ్యక్తిగత అనుభవం ద్వారా అతను ఈ వాస్తవాన్ని తెలుసుకుంటాడు.

🌴. The universe is the outflow or expansion of his own shaktis. 🌴

The source of the river is Śiva and the water is Śakti. Anyone can know the river but only a select few try to know the source of this river. Knowing the river is mundane knowledge and knowing its origin is the ultimate knowledge. A true yogi has to posses this true knowledge that is beyond perception. This kind of Absolute of knowledge can be attained only by analysis. A yogi makes every attempt to metamorphose himself to become Śakti. He knows that ultimately it is only Śakti who can merge with Śiva. He becomes aware of this fact by internal search and exploration and though his personal experience.
